State Secretary Mona Keijzer of Economic Affairs had to answer parliamentary questions about it twice already, and the Consumer Association also sounded the alarm: AliExpress does not adhere to the rules for consumer purchasing in the Netherlands, they say. Reflection time is missing, as is the standard warranty. And do you want to go to court? You have to go to Hong Kong.
